Commitment
The Salvation Army
The Salvation Army assists the needs of the wider community, including family, aged care, and the disadvantaged in our society. Grindley continues a long association with and ongoing support for these worthy causes. Our support of The Salvos includes an annual corporate donation for the Aged Care Plus Walkathon and The Manly Life Centre. The Manly Life Centre offers a place where disadvantage members of the community can visit to receive a hot meal, a shower, basic grocery supplies or supportive counselling services.
Property Industry Foundation
Grindley's sponsorship of the Property Industry Foundation allows us to play an active and practical role in building a better future for Australia's youth. The non-profit Foundation is a registered charity that unites the property industry behind building projects and fundraising to get kids off the streets.
Now one of Australia's most successful charities, The Property Industry Foundation has raised over $2,000,000 since its formation in 1996, and distributed funds to organisations doing exceptional work with homeless and disadvantaged kids. Practical measures include housing built and donated by the Foundation to Father Chris Riley's Youth Off The Streets.
