The Design, Construction and Certification of an eight storey, concrete framed 98 bed Student Accommodation in Chippendale. The building was delivered via Grindley Construction Management Systems. The development is solely for the use student accommodation and is a managed facility. The building design has a contemporary appearance which will complement the surrounding design of the modern buildings within the street. The facade provides a link to the areas industrial past. Clad with “Corten” steel panels, the rust patina appearance harks back to the areas industrial past.
