Redevelopment of the existing Administration Building which was destroyed by fire. Works include two new internal lifts, stairwells, open plan office space with 200 workstations, a gymnasium, workshop, games court, café, dentist, meeting rooms and training rooms. Externally the site was redeveloped to incorporate a 200m2 landscaped playground area, a multi use softfall basketball court and a 200 space asphalt and concrete car park.
