Construction of a four storey aged care facility including basement carpark, commercial kitchen and laundry facilities. The development was constructed from an existing skeletal structure proposed for an 80 bed apartment building, which was re-designed to become a 126 bed aged care facility.
"We had an ageing facility that required a substantial renovation to about 30% of the rooms. Due to operational requirements this needed to be done in a compressed time frame using a fast track procurement methodology across many trades. We choose Grindley as our project manager and builder because of their ability to quickly mobilise and execute the architect’s and interior designer’s plans. We were very happy with the result which was delivered to a high quality in the short time frame required."
