Rosehill Public School

Grindley were engaged under a Design and Construct contract to complete the two-staged redevelopment at Rosehill Public School.

Works comprised the demolition of the existing COLA structure and associated hard landscape surfaces, to allow construction of a new three storey building. The building incorporates an outdoor learning area, basketball court, practical activity areas, withdrawal spaces, storage rooms, toilet facilities and 18 homebase’s. External works included landscaped garden areas, a playground and associated softfall, infrastructure upgrades and improvement works to the existing oval.

Additionally, Grindley were also engaged to complete a number of alterations and rectification works to the existing administration building. These works included a new staff room kitchenette, administration offices and associated paving and landscaping.
