Works also involved the construction of new classrooms, offices and amenities and a new on grade external carpark fronting Charlotte Street.

Grindley also undertook alterations and additions to the existing Performing Arts Centre on the schools campus. Theatre works involved structural modifications and extensions to the existing stage area, new audio visual systems, new tiered seating, acoustic wall linings, a green room and practice rooms, as well as offices and amenities. Externally, the building was finished with ramps and stairs adjoining the surrounding landscape.

Works also involved an upgrade of the existing submains and the installation and commissioning of a new in-slab hydronic heating system within the new buildings.
