Auburn North Public School

Grindley were engaged under a Design and Construct  contract to complete the construction of a new learning centre and alterations and additions to the existing Administration Building.

The new Learning Centre incorporates 10 homebases, practical activity areas, withdrawal spaces, storage rooms and toilet facilities. Externally the works comprise new pathways and garden beds, a tiered seating area and turfed oval.

Grindley also undertook alterations and additions to the existing Administration Building, incorporating the construction of a new reception and administration offices. Administration works involved the construction of a temporary office, structural modifications, security installation, ICT and PA System upgrades, toilet facilities, a sick bay and new offices and interview rooms. Externally, a new entry pathway was built with adjoining soft and hard landscaping.
