Development of a new four storey self storage facility with drive in access in Artarmon, incorporating two oversized goods lifts and dual purpose design for street showroom. Grindley undertook the project from inception to operation, including numerous value management, life cycle cost and configuration options to give the building future flexibility for storage, retail, commercial and showroom functions.
