Grindley Interiors were engaged under a Construct Only contract to undertake remediation and refurbishment works to the existing TAFE NSW Creches at Baulkham Hills, Blacktown, Hornsby and Wetherill Park.
Works generally consisted of HAZMAT remediation, roof and façade upgrades and the construction of new external playgrounds.
