IRT Woolwich
The existing Independent Living Units were around 15 years old and in need of a make over. We completed a strip out of the existing kitchen, bathroom and unit finishes to provide a blank canvas which allowed us to modernise the layout and commence the refurbishment. All units have two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a separate laundry, with the exception of two units which had the existing bathrooms amalgamated to provide one large accessible water closet.
All units have water views and received modern kitchens with stone benchtops and Bosch stainless steel appliances, as well as new lighting and carpet throughout. The common areas and entry to the Independent Living Unit building were refurbished to include new carpet and wallpaper to highlight feature artworks.
