Grindley Interiors were approached by the Client to provide a fast tracked specified suite fitout under a design and construct contract, specifically tailored to the Client’s branding. 

Grindley provided space planning, design and cost management services to ensure the project met the Clients brief and budget.

The project was delivered over a short three week period and included a complete fitout of the existing office space, with new linear workstations, power and data, partitions, carpet, wall panelling, and floor finishes.

Grindley provided a sustainable value-add service with the repurposing of selected existing joinery and furniture pieces, which allowed for cost program efficiencies and cost savings.
