68 Harrington Street

Grindley Interiors were engaged under a construct only contract to complete the alternations and additions at 68 Harrington Street Sydney.

The works involved the upgrade of the existing building entry and refurbishment of the adjoining tenancy. This included the demolition of the foyer and the removal of the existing escalator and access lift.
New works included the construction of a new cafe, the building manager’s office, the formal waiting area, bathroom facilities, new stairs and platform lift riser.
