TAFE NSW Burwood

Grindley Interiors were engaged under a Construct Only contract to complete the refurbishment of level 6 of the TAFE NSW Burwood Campus, to accommodate the new Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) facility and crèche.

The refurbishment involved the strip out and fitout of level 6 including new partitions and the connection of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services.

The new space provides a reception area, a meeting room, eight classrooms, a staff room, student room and crèche, all with separate kitchenettes. Amenities also include ambulant and DDA compliant bathrooms along with and a first aid treatment room.
