Lycee Condorcet - International French School

Grindley Interiors were engaged by Lycee Condorcet to complete the refurbishment of the Block D level one offices.

Works comprise minor internal upgrades of the existing server room, classroom and office space, involving the removal of existing partitions and asbestos ceilings and the creation of a new floor plan, internal partitions, flooring, walls and ceiling finishes.

The Client required the project to be delivered during the end-of-year break to minimise disruption to the school’s operations. To ensure timely delivery, a significant lead-in period was required to guarantee secured labour and materials for installation.

A clear communication strategy was implemented between all stakeholders from the outset of the project. His involved a significant number of planning and coordination meetings between all parties to facilitate the delivery of the project over a challenging time of year. The result of such extensive planning was the successful completion of the project for a return Client.
