The works comprise the refurbishment of the existing nursing home and hostel including 49 beds and ensuites, living and dinning rooms, sitting rooms, serveries, nurses stations, movie rooms, store rooms and dirty utility rooms. Services comprise a large proportion of the scope of works, while the primary services consisted of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire protection.
