Charles O'Neill Hostel

Grindley Interiors were engaged by Catholic Healthcare under a design and construct arrangement to complete the construction of their new 52 bed, residential aged care home.

To facilitate the continued operation of the adjoining care home, the works were undertaken in two stages. Stage one involved the complete refurbishment of the commercial kitchen, administration areas and a twelve bed care wing. Stage two required the demolition of an existing structure to enable the construction of twenty-four new beds over two floors and associated landscaping and external upgrades.

Working in partnership with the consultant team, Grindley was able to overcome a challenging project to deliver an outstanding end product.
