"What really set this project apart from the ‘normal’ was Grindley’s enthusiasm for a quality build that was evident from the first turn of the ground to final completion. Care in setting out, detail and finish that may otherwise be overlooked by others was not a concern with Grindley. I think there was a great team spirit shared between builder, client and architect to achieve a common goal."
