Redleaf Manor

Grindley were engaged by Allity to complete a 55 bed refurbishment within the fully operational Redleaf Manor aged care facility in Concord.

The refurbishment included eight stages of work inclusive of bedroom refurbishments, the addition of new external doors, kitchen refurbishments including servery modifications to the new kitchen design, a new reception, a cafe and external works inclusive of the addition of sandstone cladding and metalwork to each window.
