Construction of a new 90 bed Aged Care Facility in Arncliffe, incorporating high and low care beds, as well as a specialist dementia care unit.

In addition to building good client relationships, the key aspects of technical understanding and focus on “price in equals price out” ended up with a good quality building fit for purpose. On several occasions they offered alternative solutions that were less costly than the design and approved by the architect. We completed the building under budget."
