Clairvaux Mackillop College

Grindley were engaged to construct a new four storey building incorporating a campus resource centre, staff rooms and offices and a three storey General Learning Area building. Both buildings were linked together and to existing buildings which involved the construction of raised walkways and links. The undercroft area of both new buildings comprises locker and storage rooms, plant rooms and open hardscape connecting to existing buildings and sports courts.

The project also included the refurbishment of an existing general learning area block.
