Contract signing for Catholic Healthcare's Charles O'Neill Mayfield

Grindley Interiors have signed contracts for the Catholic HealthCare project, Charles O'Neill in West Mayfield Newcastle. Stage 1 involves the construction of 28 new beds, whilst stage 2 involves the demolition of an existing 12 bed wing and construction of the remaining 24 beds over two storeys. Works also involve the refurbishment of the commercial kitchen and administration areas.
