Construction of a new four storey, 103 bed student accommodation building for the Robert Menzies College, located adjacent to Macquarie University in North Ryde. Some rooms are self contained with a fully functioning kitchenette. Facilities include common areas and lounge rooms and access to communal cooking facilities. All rooms have a private bathroom.
