Early works comprised of the demolition of the existing residential aged care facility located at Sherbrooke Road and three adjacent properties at Mons Avenue, West Ryde. The main works involved the construction of the new residential aged care facility consisting of 113 resident bedrooms, three being premium rooms housing two beds, an underground basement carpark and roof used to house plant and equipment.

In addition, the facility incorporates training and back of house areas, a commercial kitchen, clean and dirty laundry, café, serveries, hair salon and an entire wing dedicated to residents living with dementia known as the Memory Care Neighbourhood.

The facility is serviced by two lifts and includes multiple open courtyards and gardens with many pre-existing trees remaining. The entry facade and reception area incorporates sandstone cladding, an ohmage to the original facility. The façade is generally composed of Fairvew Stryum cladding, Dulux Acratex render, Gabion cladding and sunshades/steel louvres.
